Creating a 19ph account is quick and straightforward. Visit the 19ph platform and click the registration button. You'll need to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile number to verify your account. The whole process takes about two to three minutes. Remember: you must be at least 21 years old to register.

The minimum age to register and play on 19ph is 21 years old, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. We enforce this through mandatory age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, UMID, or voter's ID)
  • A selfie holding your ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 3 months)

On the 19ph login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the mobile number registered to your account and you'll receive an OTP. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a valid ID for manual verification.

Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Deposits & GCash

GCash is the fastest and most popular deposit method for Filipino 19ph players. Here's how:
  • Log in to your 19ph account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section.
  • Select GCash as your payment method.
  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum ₱100).
  • You'll be redirected to the GCash payment page — log in with your GCash MPIN to confirm.
  • Your 19ph balance is credited instantly after successful payment.
GCash deposits are processed 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

In addition to GCash, 19ph supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

The minimum deposit on 19ph is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing fees. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may require additional verification per our compliance procedures.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are usually instant. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, try the following:
  • Refresh your 19ph account page or log out and back in.
  • Check your GCash or bank transaction history to confirm the payment was deducted.
  • If the payment was deducted but your 19ph balance is still not updated after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw from 19ph, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payout method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000 and a monthly limit of ₱500,000. VIP players may have higher limits. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, contact our support team to discuss your options.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include:
  • KYC verification not yet completed — submit your documents to unlock withdrawals.
  • Active bonus wagering requirements not yet met — bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal.
  • Security review for large or unusual withdrawal amounts — this is for your protection.
  • Bank processing delays outside of 19ph's control, especially on weekends and public holidays.
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours with no update, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
Bonuses & Promotions

The exact bonus amount and terms vary by current promotion — check the Promotions section of your 19ph account after registering for the latest offer. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Read the full bonus terms carefully before claiming.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Always check the specific bonus terms.

Yes, you can forfeit an active bonus from your account settings under the Bonuses section. Note: forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings from your balance. Responsible Gaming

Log in to your 19ph account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming tab. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. You can lower your limit at any time, but increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period — this is intentional, to give you time to reconsider. We strongly encourage all players to set a deposit limit that matches their entertainment budget.

Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently block access to your 19ph account. It's available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. You can choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires — even if you contact support.
