Welcome to 19ph. By accessing, registering on, or using the 19ph platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 19ph platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 19ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating a 19ph account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the 19ph platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 19ph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 19ph website or services. The 19ph platform is intended solely for lawful entertainment and recreational gaming purposes.

19ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 19ph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 19ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 19ph platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering on 19ph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 19ph platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 19ph login credentials, including your username, password, and one-time PINs (OTPs).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying 19ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your registered mobile number and email address current and accessible.

19ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the 19ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 19ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 19ph:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 19ph account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 19ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declaration.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider.

19ph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or subject to an ongoing investigation. In such cases, 19ph will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

19ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all 19ph bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 19ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• 19ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

All games available on the 19ph platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

19ph is committed to fair play. All non-live games on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and transparency.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 19ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 19ph cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Any wager placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 19ph's discretion.

Game results are final once confirmed by the 19ph system. Players who believe a game result is incorrect must submit a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 19ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the 19ph platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 19ph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 19ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

19ph is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. In line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, 19ph provides a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control.

Available responsible gaming tools on 19ph include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 19ph platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a period of your choosing.

All content on the 19ph platform — including but not limited to the 19ph name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 19ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 19ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 19ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 19ph content.
• Use any 19ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 19ph platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 19ph intellectual property may result in legal action. To request permission for any use of 19ph content beyond the scope of this license, please contact us at the details provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 19ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the 19ph platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the 19ph service for any reason.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond 19ph's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

In all cases, 19ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 19ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

19ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the 19ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 19ph is used for the following purposes: account registration and verification, KYC and AML compliance, processing of deposits and withdrawals, delivery of customer support, personalization of the gaming experience, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

19ph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure storage of sensitive data at rest, and strict access controls for 19ph personnel.

19ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 19ph policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the player.

Upon account termination for cause, 19ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 19ph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagers are settled.

19ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 19ph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 19ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 19ph platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 19ph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
